With over two decades of experience in security management, leadership, and operations, Kasan has navigated high-level responsibilities while remaining deeply committed to serving local churches and faith-based communities. As a speaker, mentor, and burgeoning author, he has led transformative initiatives such as the Lessons in Love conference and the Men as Tall as Trees discipleship program, impacting men and couples worldwide.

Zaira Wheatley is a compassionate leader, mentor, mother and co-founder of Bridge Builders VI International. Born and raised in Frederiksted, St. Croix, USVI, she came to faith in Jesus Christ at a very young age, shaping her deep passion for the Lord. Her upbringing, along with her parents’ unwavering commitment to loving one another despite personal tragedies, profoundly influenced her views on marriage, family, and spiritual growth. With a heart for service, Zaira has dedicated her life to equipping individuals and families with biblical wisdom and practical guidance in obedience to Jesus Christ.
With years of experience in ministry, mentorship, and leadership, Zaira co-founded Bridge Builders VI International alongside her husband, Kasan, and has played a pivotal role in the organization’s faith-based initiatives that uplift and transform lives. As a speaker, mentor, and author, she co-leads programs such as the Lessons in Love marriage conference, helping couples build stronger, Christ-centered relationships.
