Be A Bridge Of Change

Which Tree Would You Choose?

Kings,
I pray that you both are having a wonderful day. The Lord is good, and His mercies endure forever!

In the Christian life, we are not guided merely by what is right or wrong, nor even by what “seems,”good or bad. We are called to live by the Spirit.

As it is written: "The law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and death" (Romans 8:2). And again: "Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty" (2 Corinthians 3:17). Jesus Himself said: "My words are spirit, and they are life" (John 6:63).

In the Garden, there were two trees: the Tree of Life and the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil (Genesis 2:9). Man did not eat from the Tree of Life; instead, he chose the Tree of Knowledge. As believers, we reject evil, of course; but we must also recognize that not everything that seems "good" necessarily comes from God.
Chinese Author Watchman Nee said: "The Christian life is not about right and wrong; rather, it is about bearing the cross (bearing our cross properly, as before the Lord)."

Now that Christ has come, we are called to something higher, not merely to discern between right and wrong, but to follow Him under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. For "as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God" (Romans 8:14).

May the Lord continue to lead us toward (His) Life, and not merely toward knowledge.

Be like a tree, ?
Kasan
(Psalm 1)
